What time is check in and check out?

We guarantee Check In by 3pm on the day of your arrival, please contact reception info@riversidesligo.ie or call the hotel +353 71 919 4480 in advance if you would like to request an earlier check in and we will try our best to meet your needs. Noon is Check Out time with an extra charge for Late Check Out at 1pm

Do you accept cash?

Reception takes payments through the card that is on file with your booking only. Cash is accepted in the Mill Bar, Restaurant and Ripples only. 

Group Bookings

If you book more than 3 rooms, different policies and addiitonal supplements may apply. Indiviudal bookings that arrive as a group will be subject to group rules.

Minimum Age of Check In

We have a strict minimum age of 21 for check in. You will be asked to provide ID for proof of age at reception. 

Is there parking?

The hotel has very limited Parking and is based on a First Come Basis, unless you are a Blue Badge Holder. Additional parking is available in the nearby surrounding area. There are several public carparks within 200m of the hotel. When you arrive, you are welcome to pull into the courtyard to unload your luggae and Reception will then be able to provide you with directions and a visual aid to the carparks. 

If you are a blue badge holder and wish to reserve a space please email info@riversidesligo.ie with your requirements and we will do our very best to accomodate you.


 

Is smoking permitted?

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the building of the Riverside Hotel, if you are found to have smoked within the building or in a bedroom, you will incur a €250.00 charge for deep cleaning.

Is vaping permitted?

Vaping is not allowed anywhere inside the building of the Riverside Hotel, it has caused the fire alarm to go off!

Are pets permitted?

We only allow registered Assistance Dogs to stay at the hotel, please inform us prior to arrival if this is needed for your stay. All other pets are not permitted in the builidng - they are very welcome on our terrace by Ripples for a Puppacino or two! 

Can you charge to the room?

No, we currently do not allow any charges made to the room during your stay. All transactions are to be paid at the point of purchase. 

Are cots available?

Yes, children’s cots are available FOC, please alert us if this is necessary in advance of your stay by contacting info@riversidesligo.ie or calling reception +353 71 919 4480. 

Additional adult Camp Beds are available in some of the hotel rooms, for an extra cost of €50.
